Solve : cannot pass DELL logo upon boot?

this started to happen when i found out my laptop does not continue reading dis sectors with DRevitalize 1.2 (HIREN BCD) after 5 DAYS of running it continuously.

its load meter under DELL logo would stuck and i can hear small clicking of hard disk when i came real close to laptop.

how would I able to GO to boot Options and boot to CD from this point?solved by removing that hard disk and change with ANOTHER ONE
