I have a bjc2100 and when I PUT the cartidage in keeps telling me loaded wrong and there is only one way to load them tried reinstaling the PRINTER and still get the same message any ideas other then smashing it into a 100 piece which I can not do because it is not mine thanks running window 98 se ???If it isn't yours, why not have the owner TAKE a look at it? PERHAPS he knows what is wrong..Because we r trying to fix it for her and never had or seenthis problem before.she can not afford tohave a TEC checkit out :-/Canon Printer Help and Technical Information
