Solve : canon bubble jet bjc 2000 not printing? |

Answer» :'(Was in the MIDDLE of printing a 9 page job, and printer quit in the middle of the 7th. Only error log I could find on printing was as FOLLOWS: .... failed to print on printer Canon Bubble Jet BJC 2000-Data type: NTEMF 1.008. Size of spool in bytes: 22999092. Number of bytes printed: 14610316. Total number of pages in document: 9. Number of pages printed: 1 (it printed 6 and quit at the end of the 7th). win 32 error code returned by the print PROCESSOR: 122(0x7a). Have tried the trouble shooting INFO (turning off comp, unplugging, etc). Don't have disk that printer was installed with. Won't print anything. HelpDrivers are available here. |
