Answer» HI I've just got a Canon PIXMA ip4000. It's not printing colour. The help guide is hopeless. Can you suggest anything?Are the print drivers loaded? Also, go to start-->control panel-->printers and faxes-->find the printer ICON and right click-->properties. Make SURE the properties are set for color or auto. Hope this helps. On any application, when you click on File -> Print, and it SHOWS that SMALL window, click on Preferences, and tehn click on the Paper/Quality Tab...
