Solve : Canon Pixma 760 problems- please help? |

Answer» My canon printer- the Pixma 760 just started not printing anything from the black 3e tank. It will print all the other COLORS and black from the 6 tank- just not text from 3e. I've deep cleaned the nozzle several times, replaced the ink cartridge and contacted Canon who was not very helpful other than offering that I should buy another Canon printer. On the nozzle check it does not EVEN try to print from the 3e, seems almost if there is a problem possibly in the software recognizing that color but I'm not sure. Any input would be greatly appreciated before I have to go buy a new printer! THANK you. |
