Answer» My Canon Printer is about two years old. It will not print in blac k anymore. I hve cleaned it and deep cleaned it. I have remov ED the print HEAD and cleaned it. It still will only print colour. I know a new print head is about 40 or 50 dollars and I am not sure if this is the problem. I am thinking it would probably be wise just to get a new printer. Any suggestions? Need...more...info...gasp Operating system / antivirus &AMP; antispyware protection / service packs INSTALLED / when did it start happening / did it ever work right / installed any new software?
