What is the problem, what caused it, what is currently happening, what OS, what discs do you have - anything and everything that would be helpful for us to be ABLE to assist you.On top of what Allan said I believe this issue is best dealt with by a local computer STORE. We cannot potentially work with/give advice on hardware where the password is forgotten as it poses a security risk to ourselves and to the forum - as we cannot prove that the computer belongs to you. I hope you understand. |
