Solve : CD Burned On Dell Inspiron Won't Play On Dell Latitude?

Photo CDS burned on my Dell INSPIRON 530S will not play on my OLDER Dell Latitude lap top. The last one I burned used a mode that was for playing on older computers, but it didn't work. I have purchased photo archive CDs from Kodak that play on the lap top with no problems. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.Program used for burning ? ?
