Answer» i have nero smartstart with nero express version 6.6.0.15-now i have burned a LOT of cd's with it and have had no problems,EVEN when burning a full 700mb-i just burned 3 cd's in a row with no problems-i go to burn a 4th cd and it gets to 100% and right before it STARTS to finalize, an error comes up saying "burn process failed"-i save an error log and on there is a message saying "Could not perform Fixation"-for the heck of it, i restart and try burning another cd and get the same error at the same time-next, i try using xp's burning software and that works fine with no problems-after that i try nero again and get the same problem-any ideas on why nero is all of a sudden doing this?Fonz: See if you get the same results when you use the CD burning feature built in to the Windows XP operating system. Just reinstall the *censored* Nero then and clean your registry.
