I have opened the computer case. Everything inside looks allright to me. No loose cables or PINCHED wires. I started up the computer and still had the corrupted files or missing code 39 for both the cd&dvd drives. So I uninstalled both then restarted the computer only to have the same messages. I finally found Privoxy on my computer and have deleted it. Still don't know where it came from.Finally got rid of the Privoxy errorGood...
For the FUTURE reference, if you don't find a program in Add/remove, open Windows Explorer, go to Program Files, find program's folder, and inside that folder look for a file similar to: uninstall.exe, unstall.exe, or unwise.exe. It may also have a description of uninstallation file.
If you find such a file, double click on it to begin uninstallation.
If none of those solutions work, you just have to remove program's folder, and run some cleaner, LIKE CCleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/ to remove program's leftovers.Thanks for all the HELP. I finally found the answer to my problem lastnight. I took care of the problem and everything is back to NORMAL. Thanks again.
