Answer» 3 months ago i bought an Acer TravelMate 2350, it used to play copied cds and dvds, but then it suddenly wouldn't any more. It PLAYS software cds ok and Im going to try a normal cd and dvd to check it, but I have to use copied ones for my course at uni. I don't know WHETHER or not I have accidently changed any settings for the computer that I have forgotten about. I have used a disk cleaner too, just to make sure. I know a little about computers, but would probably NEED explanations of what i have to do. Hope someone can help!! What OS ? ? The copied CD's might depend on what program was used to COPY them...they are not all the same.whats OS?? It won't play dvds that it would previously play. It used to load anything that you put onto it, but now it won't read any of the copied disks.Hint: OS is operating system, as in what version of Windows.
