Answer» Quote from: Salmon Trout on November 14, 2010, 05:34:52 AM Could be a "damage issue". 2 yr OLDS and computer equipment, in my own personal experience, do not mix! My sister's FLOPPY drive stopped working (for ever) because her 2.5 yr old had pushed 4 playing cards into it. I appreciate your help, but not the rolling eyes, cheers. When I said she plays with it, I mean she has pressed the keyboard when I'm on it and opened the lid to turn it on when I'm not in the room. As for the knocking I STATED, when my teenage son moves it from the living room to his room he does not handle it with great care. Nothing has been pushed into it and it has not been dropped - as far as I am aware!Quote from: theblackmafia on November 14, 2010, 10:13:00 AM I appreciate your help, but not the rolling eyes, cheers. I think the rolling eyes (from another poster) were meant to signify "now he tells us!" (after 2 pages) that the item in question may have been subjected to some rough treatment, and I can quite see why. It sounds more likely that your teenage son needs some education about careful handling of computer equipment.
