I found a manual with seemingly excellent directions, and it looks very straight forward.

I'll check the manual for the QUICK release, that would friggin help alot, and tape or a small cap / cup etc etc is the WAY to go. I can't afford to LOSE anymore screws. lolI hope it works out for you.
