Solve : CD not working?

I recently installed a few different games however when I try and play them it says to insert the CD, even though they are inserted.  Are these COPIES?The first time they were but I tried it with originals too and they are doing the exact same thing.1. What games/applications are these?
2. What are your HARDWARE specifications?
3. Has this problem recently started?
4. Have you recently moved CD-ROM drives or letters?
5. Have you got more than one optical drive?Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds

I havent changed ANYTHING but I did just get a new video card.  I get to the main menu then try and start and then it says there is no CD.Provide an answer to all of the questions with as much detail as you can.I have about 20 GB of memory

You may need to update your mainboard drivers or flash your BIOS. Downloading the latest firmware drivers for your CD-ROM drives may work as well.

Are there no error codes in the device manager?I have no idea, I am not too into computers.  How do I get this information? Quote

How do I get this information?


To access the device manager in Windows XP:

1. Right click on My Computer
2. Select Properties
3. Go to the Hardware tab
4. Select Device manager under the Device manager section
