Answer» My CD-Rom door does not stay closed. I can hold it closed but it will not read the disk that I put in it. When I press the eject BUTTON to close the door it just opens back up. I need help!. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!! Is there ANYTHING stuck in the gear tray? Do you have the right drivers installed? Which OPERATING system are you using? When did this start?
