Can anyone help with this...
my CD Rom drive has suddenly decided that everything I insert into it is an audio disc, and tells me all data discs are blank...(image files, data, everything)
any ideas

Pam LawrenceWhen you put a cd in windows recognizes it and runs it, you can try to go my computer>RIGHT CLICK the cd drive and open it with a different application.What OS is this? Also, what CD drive do you have?Hi there,
I've tried opening the discs thru other applications, with no luck.
I'm running Windows 95..to be honest, I'm not SURE about my CD Rom drive- it was installed last year, as I wanted one with a burner.
This computer is a Frankenstein..been REBUILT quite a bit.
