The cell phone law has been around here (in s.a ) for a few YEARS, and we all got the email about the new hands free kit. It's REALLY funny.

In SA you are not allowed to EAT, drink (water) or smoke while DRIVING. They say that all these things can destract you. Every one has to suffer because of the taxi drivers (they are nothing like the taxis in USA).


I think its normal to get council clearance for a permanent structure.
Otherwise people here would build eye sores.If they can't pass a law that requires TURNING off the ringer in a movie house they shouldn't be able to write this one....
