Solve : Certian keys don't work on my Computer? |

Answer» Hello, I was working today doing my College work on Microsoft word. Then all of a sudden my " B " Key stops working, it was working ok before I was using it while doing my work but then it randomly stopped working also my arrow keys aren't working apart from the left arrow key and also my ENTER key isn't working. This all started HAPPENING today, when I use the buttons they feel the same has the other keys that are working just they are not working. I tried to uninstall the keyboard drive then install it again that didn't work, Pressed the scroll key that didn't work either. Do any of you guys have any solutions? thanks for your help If this is a laptop, then try plugging an ordinary desktop-type USB keyboard into one of the laptop USB ports. If the problem keys work normally on the external keyboard, your laptop probably NEEDS a replacement keyboard. Contact a local repair STORE. If your computer is a desktop, try a different keyboard. |
