I THOUGHT I would simply change the toner, but unless the toner actually runs out, I cannot figure out how to do it.
Any suggestions on a way to bypass the usual prompts?
Thank you!Did you try changing your ink cartraige? I am aware that they have 2 ink cartraiges, color and black ink. Replace the color one and post back the result.
Sorry we didn't reply to your other post a you posted a few HOURS AGO but double posting was not nesassary. We would of got to it.Do you have the manual for the printer? It should tell you how to remove the toner cartridge.
