Answer» Since the store is going out of business and you can't RETURN or exchange ANYTHING, is the sale worth it? What if something is defective? Do you still get the manufacturer's warranty and send the product to them?
Just though I'd ask you guys. I need a few things especially a monitor which sounds like it could be risky. But smaller cheaper items seem OK to me.ask to read the warranty condition of the item you intend to buy. often most of the time you deal with the company direct as the customer you just require your recipt proof of purchase.NO!!!! They are currently only giving 10% original price on almost everything. The sale prices they had last WEEK where alot better than what they are OFFERING at this time.I don't really know but i will go to the local store and check it outIfy ou find a better price at Circuit City than another comparable store, I WOULD buy it. Just don't bother with the store's extended warranty, if offered. The manufacturer will honor their warranty and many offer extended warranties themselves.I went to best buy and circuit city yesterday (01-18-09), to get thermal compound. Normally I would just order from New Egg and wait, but I was pressed for time. Most items in the store (Circuit City) were only marked down about 10% to 30% and the prices were still to high. It was a complete waste of time.
