my com fail to power at all (no power lights). ive checked all switches and hardware. my final question:does a flat CMOS batt prevent power up?No. Not normally...

You did replacement of your PSU onyour computer, am i right? For what REASONS, if I may asked, and what are the RATINGS of your PSU and also could you give us the specs of your computer.. Sorry if I may sound a little too demanding..
