Answer» I have all the required specs & i have tried everything to get it to boot. I cleared my cmos and removed all other pci units. Im TRYING to install a ATI HD 5450 on an Asus A8r-32 mvp deluxe. Ok so this is what i have done: I can put in my old x1600 and it will boot up and run fine, but when i put in my new hd5450 it will not boot at all. No beeps no bios screen... just flashing BLANK screen. All fans run and there is power. I have 550w it requires 400. I know the hd5450 works because i put it on my other comp and it runs fine.
