Solve : Computer can't find CD-Drives?

1.	Solve : Computer can't find CD-Drives?
Answer» I just changed my hardrive and re-installed windows and since then my computer hasn't been able to FIND my CD and DVD drives. I BOUGHT new drives and replaced ribbon cable but still it hasn't been able to find it. EVERYTHING is set up correctly and I made sure the settings were RIGHT in the System Setup screen. Does anyone have any clue why this might be? I'm running a Dell 4600 Thanks...What is your Operating System? Do you have the drivers for the DRIVE installed? Was there a disk that came with the CD Drives?
