Solve : computer doesn't read ipod? |

Answer» when i plug it in, my computer says unknown device and itunes doesn't open up or anything. I tried reinstalling itunes and everything. So how do i FIX this problem. its a ipod shuffle and im using windows 7.Has it ever worked PROPERLY on that computer before? Are you trying it in a REAR usb PORT? Can you still access your itunes library without the device?truenorthit worked on my computer once but im trying it on my LAPTOP now and it doesn't read it at allHave you gone through the process to synch it to the laptop.
