Solve : Computer Don't turns on When Power given Hard drive is connect

1.	Solve : Computer Don't turns on When Power given Hard drive is connected?
Answer» I have a problem with my another computer. When Power cable from Power supply to hard DRIVE is connected, There is no sound and computer don't turns on except the green led LIGHTS on. and check SIGNAL cable appears on monitor but when the power cable is DISCONNECTED, computer Power on, EVERY seems fine but It says couldn't boot What can be possible reason of it? Suggest meBad hard drive. Power supply detects overload and won't turn on.
