About 9weeks ago we got High Speed Internet SERVICE and I purchased A Linksys WRT 300N Wireless Router and a APC Back-Ups BX 1300 LCD. Unfortunately, I hooked both up at the same time. Mainly because by present Battery backup didn't have enough Battery backup Pluck-ins. My Computer has been freezing since. The tech that came to my house to set up the network thought that the Problem was caused by the battery backup. I got in touch with their Support and followed their instructions. First they had me UNINSTALL their Software and download the new one from their website. It still froze. They had me uninstall the software and run it without. It still froze. They freezing happens at different TIMES. Sometimes on the net , sometimes running programs. Their SEEMS no one reason for it. It could be every 2 to 3 days, or sometimes not for 2 weeks. A Computer group I belong to suggested it might be the Power Supply. I took the Computer in and they tested the Power Supply and run the Computer for several days without it freezing. They told me the Power Supply was fine. I just don't know where to go from here and was hoping someone at your Forum could help me. I have an HP Media center m7170n Computer with Windows XP Pro SP2, 3:00 Gigahertz Intel Pentium D, 2GB Ram, 250 GB Maxtor 6B250SO Hard Drive , Radeon X300. Thank You
