Also have a master cooler 212 evo.

Had this computer for about 1 year (starting from July 2013) and had a problem where when I am playing games my computer would stutter (minor freezes like half a second), I also want to note that this problem occurred at the start of using this computer. Eventually, my computer would stutter so much, I had to restart my computer. After I bought an after market cooler (Master Cooler 212 Evo.) for my cpu, the problem minimizes to certain games (I can play games like League of Legends normally but not games like Counter Strike Global Offense or Battlefield 4, which are games that need a good computer which my computer can handle). So I was curious to see if it was the dust that was causing the problem, so I used compressed air to blow the dust away and now my computer starts to stutter after BOOTING up! I had used compressed air before on my computer to clean dust away and this would not happen. I desperately need help now!
Typing this in safe mode.

Things I tried:
-To further note about the stuttering problem, I sometimes get this problem which can be seen in this screenshot, http://imgur.com/3ybSeM3
- Uninstalled my gfx card by going into safe mode then used a software to uninstall it. Rebooted normally and downloaded and installed 337.88 driver for my gfx but still not worked. (was 332.21 before).
-I also sent my gfx card back to EVGA for a new one in November 2013 but I still had the suttering problem

I was thinking if this could be a graphic card problem?Sound to me like your video card is overheating.  You mentioned the possibility of dust being a problem.  Does that mean you have significant dust buildup?  If you use compressed air in a dusty environment without using a vacuum at the same time to suck up the dust you just move it around a bit, which can cause more problems.

-MalI think it's my video card heating up however, I had some people say the temperatures for both my gfx and cpu are fine when under load (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2215851/computer-freezing-occurs-booting-5minutes.html). I think it made be weird but, the past week, I did some cleaning using compressed air. Booted up my computer, played some Counter Strike Global Offensive. Usually my computer would start to act up as the temperature as the day goes on goes up, so, I did some testing. I REALIZE that my computer starts to act up with 2+ hours of gaming. Note that I had this computer freezing/audio stuttering problem from the start of using this computer, which is very annoying but I find it tolerable that it limits the amount of game time I do but now, I cannot even boot my computer normally and have it stay for 10 minutes before it begins to stutter/freeze and eventually I have a black screen which makes me force to restart my computer. Currently I am in safe mode typing this and now I need help again!

Also, my room has HARDLY any dust since I have a dust filter in the room. I think it has to be something wrong with graphic card itself? Probably I have to RMA for a different gfx (maybe a gtx 660 TI?) because when I put in my old gtx 9800, it works fine.

Something to note as well, when I plugged back in the gtx 760, some text popped up and said that my system had been reset or something and told me to go to bios set up or continue normally. (could be that?)
