Solve : Computer gets to bootscreen but restarts?

1.	Solve : Computer gets to bootscreen but restarts?
Answer» This problem started OCCURRING yesterday. When I boot up my computer it keeps restarting on the boot screen. I can get into the BIOS just FINE, but besides that it just keeps restarting1) What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new HW, new sw, virus, error, etc)? 2) Can you boot to safe mode? Just a THOUGHT , my computer was doing the same thing and it turned out to be the usb connectors on the case , unplugged the case usb and everything worked fine , must have been a short .
