I have TRIED to reinstall a simulator addon from FSD International several TIMES, each attempt resulting in an error code (69) which asked me to reinstall a license code, when presumably I should be able to activate the download.

The final attempt resulted in error code 7, which says that I have activated the download too many times.

FSD International have said that I tried to activate on SIXTEEN different computers (completely wrong) and have given me a log which I attach:

Our License server records show that the most recent of these was declined
in view of the volume of activation demands being submitted. If you are
having some sort of difficulty installing this software please let us know
what that is. In the meantime, please note that the terms & conditions of
the License which do not provide for the simultaneous use of this software
on multiple computers.

You can see that their log gives two different computer IDs for my PC

Can anyone tell me how my computer ID can CHANGE in the space of ...erm...25 minutes without any changes being made by me? Can anyone tell me where the computer ID is to be found?

I could, of course repurchase the Addon but I would much rather sort this out.The only way this would HAPPEN is if there are more than one OS installed on that machine and/or you did a re-install...
