All say no problems found.Here's where I'm stopping, after spending an hour in Google reading about PEOPLE having problems with Sims and ATI video cards I suggest swapping that ATI card for something more Sims compatible. If I come across any NEW answers for you I'll POST them.I have played it in another computer with the same card before. I'm really PEEVED off.Did you TRY the fix of adding the 'w' switch to the shortcut and see if it runs in windowed mode?
