Answer» Can anybody TELL me if there is a difference between 512MB DDR PC2100 memory and 512 MB PC2100 DDR ECC Reg. The "ECC Reg" has thrown me for a loop. I know that the 512 MB DDR PC2100 will work but I can get a deal on the one that ENDS with ECC Reg. Will that one work as well? [smiley=vrolijk_26.gif] Please advise. Thanks CWTravel to crucial.com and enter your MBoard specs and they will tell you exactly can be USED...As a rule ECC and non-ECC should not be mixed. IF it WORKS, the RAM will work in non-ECC mode.
