Solve : computer not boot, only beep?

Hi friends,

I have a asrock p4i45d ver.1.04 MOTHERBOARD. Its was working fine, suddenly stopped. Now I try to boot, only 3 short beep is COMING but nothing else.

Would you kindly help me ?

Ok.....

Try removing and RESEATING your memory. Also make sure the contacts on CLEAN on the memory and the slots as well.
