Answer» I have a compac sr1603wm desktop.The CPU FAN stays on all the time but the computer doesn't BOOT up. I have 3 gigs of ram 160 hd 256 invid card.Everything was WORKING good.one morn i went to start it up and this is what happened. The fan just stays on all the time.How do you have 3G of RAM in that machine ? ?
