I have a HP Pavilion, I bought it about 3 years ago, PLEASE HELP!! Thanks. you getting any error messages or beeps after you turn it on?Sometimes I get the error message "REBOOT & Select Boot Media" but sometimes it frezzes up on the blue screen, it all depends on how I hook up the power supply to the HDD, I tried differerent ways to hook it up. I need to know the right way.Make sure your ide or sata cable did not get damaged when you changed the PSU. Who do computers need horse poweR=?½!!!½!!!½!½!½!!½!""!!! I am not computer savy but I though this would be easy as just hooking up a DVD player to a tv, but apperently its not. I have 2 cords from the power supply that I am not sure what to do with, they are number P4 and P5. I am not sure which one needs to be connected to the HHD to power it, and I am not sure what color of the IDE cable to connect to the HDD. Its either Grey or black.
