Solve : Computer restarts when i check email?

My computer is restarting everytime i go into outlook express. I NOTED this happened when i installed Agv Antivirus, but EVEN when i disable Avg it is still happening. Does anyone have any idea why? THANKS!

BTW, I'm using windows xp Home.

Edited: I have now found out what the problem was, I was running norton antivirus as well as AVG and it looks like they were conflicting with one another.
