Solve : computer restarts with blank media? |

Answer» Hey all. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Whenever I work on a project or make a compilation CD or DVD, my computer would restart when I put in the blank media. If I am WORKING on a DVD project and inster the blank DVD the computer would restart and then usually the media would work properly. If, during the same restart, I would insert a blank CD the same thing would happen. Restart and then the media would be fine. This is a vicious cycle due to the fact I don't usually turn off my PC. This is also a fairly recent problem. I have been using the same blank media for quite a while. I am not sure what has started causing the problem. So ANY input would be awesome. |
