Answer» I have Windows XP. Recently I have noticed that I have to keep the curser MOVING (via the mouse) in order to: render my slide shows (created in Pro Show Gold), view my slide shows, send FILES and folders to other folders and download anything. The rendering speed slows down to an eight hour job instead of a twenty minute job if I don't keep the curser moving. This all happens within thirty SECONDS of stopping the curser. My finished slide shows get very glitchy and EVENTUALLY stops once I stop moving the curser. Even slide shows on the internet, created by different programs, are affected in the same way. I have been creating slide shows with this program for two years without this problem. Downloading and sending files to other folders have been a problem in the past. This mouse thing is a bit of a nuisance, Help. I don't think this is a hardware problem. But how often do you scan your pc? TRY doing this if you haven'tI would hook up another mouse and see if it does the same thing... If it does you could try re-installing ProShow Gold.
