Solve : Computer Start Up Problems?

When I start computer ...all I get is two or three "Beeps" but nothing EVER comes up. Could this be a problem in memory? Any help is appreciated More info will be added shortly ? ? ?

Same goes for all the hardware, actually.I did find one of the memory chips extremly HOT...and some of the chips on side of it fell off. I removed it and put the other two back in...NO beeps now....but still only blank screen....even tried different monitor...no lights come up on keyboard either.Still awaiting info on pc hardware..... You may have damaged one or more parts beyond repair by overclocking or inappropriately connecting the hardware.

I SUGGEST that you inspect each piece of hardware for burn marks and immediatly reset the BIOS to its default VALUES to prevent further damage from your possible attempts to overclock (Meaning: Increasing voltage) Quote

This can not be CONSIDERED a good sign. Are you connected to a good and proper power supply, or is the computer connected directly to the utility pole?
