1.	Solve : Computer starts and shuts off?
Answer» Just today, when I tried to turn my computer on, it turns itself off. It loads the graphics CARD info, then the motherboard logo appears, and thats when it dies. There is also a quiet electronic scratching type noise before it shuts off. Does anybody know what the problem is? Suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!WELCOME to the CH forums.
