Answer» Computer Starts-Up But Signal Led Are Not Working,No Beep Plays When I Turn On PC,MONITOR SAYS No Signel Sometimes Monitor Says Cable Not Connected,CPU & SMPS Fan Are Working But GPU Fan Are Not Working And Also Mouse Light Works But Keyboard Led Not Works And There Is No Light Working In Inside The Cabinet And I Also Put Monitor Cable Into VGA Port But No Success Please Help Me My specs: Windows 8.1 32bit CPU: Inter Core2Deo Gpu:2 GB DDR3 Nvidia GEFORCE GT610 Ram:4 GB DDR3 Motherboard: American MegatrendsSo you turn it on and hear fans but other than that NOTHING else happens? If this is the case try reseating RAM first with power off. if this doesnt fix it then replace the power supply with a known good power supply.usb ports are working but keyboard not works i reseated ram but its not works and i also change power supply but its also not works please help
