I already have tested it on my other one and it works fine. But what didn't work fine was when I took the other HD and put it into this one. It acted the same. I know it's not the HD, I know it's not the video card. I know it's not the power supply. What are jumpers? and how should they be set? I never touched them before.
Okay, so, I just MESSED around with it, and the small plug that GOES into the back of the HD the one that says "P5" on it, I held it bent, kind of, well i just pushed down on it a little bit and held it there and the computer works...again. I don't know what to do *sigh*.you are we are going around in circles......i would suggest a pactical way to sort it.....barebones.....>http://www.buildyourowncomputer.net/learntobuild.html

process of elimination.........it could be anything... when you boot this pc .........what happens.....does the num lock light come on.......one good indicator.......does the monitor.....display anything.....broken wavey lines...ram sticks../video card.....get the drift........rebuild it..is the only quickfix Quote

Yeah I ended up having to buy a new motherboard and processor. Thanks for the help!
