Solve : computer turns off after few seconds? |

Answer» my ac jack in my HP pavillion ze4900 laptop was broken so i REPLACED it with a new one, the new ac jack works fine and now my laptop charges but when i click the power button the computer turns off after 2 or 3 seconds, do you KNOW what the problem might be? Does it do it whether plugged in or not? Did you PERSONALLY install this new jack?it DOESNT matter if its plugged in or not it still does that, yeah i didThat seems to be the only variable, so I would say that is the #1 suspect.nvm, fixed it, it was just a not well connected heatsink, thanks for the helpYou didn't say anything about a heatsink, but glad you are all fixed up. |
