Answer» YESTERDAY when I tried to power on my COMPUTER, the monitor displayed the BIOS version like always but then nothing else shows up afterwards. The computer STAYS on although nothing is being displayed. Can someone please help me with this?When you see the BIOS version appear, tap the F8 key until the Advnaced Options appear....then select "last know good configuration"I selected the last known good configuration but still the same result.alright, instead of "last known good config" select "safe mode with command PROMPT" type this at the prompt and press enter: %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe Give it a little while to come up and see if you can do a system restore OR, when you GET to the Advanced Options, select "enable VGA mode" and see if that will let you boot Windows with a basic video driver, once you are booted into Windows, click START, ALL Programs, Accessories, system tools, system restore and do a system restore
