Answer» Hello, I need configuring my monitor.
I bought one AG Neovo AGM A-17 monitor and it doesn't
work properly, because i can't see some background colours in some
programs or some websites. For example when i RIGHT click the mouse
button on my desktop i can't see where it says cut or copy, those
KINDS of words in gray i can't see them too. I know that it as something to
do with the configuration but i can't work it out.
I need your help as soon as POSSIBLE If you are running at the appropriate resolution (most require 1024 x 768 or better) and have the correct video drivers for your graphics card, and have installed whatever .inf files that monitor needs from the CD that came with it, and read the manual and adjusted what you can and there is no resolution to the issue I would return it as defective.
