My sister just got two systems,one laptop and the other desktop.So,she wants me to configure this two system for her
what are the procedures?EXACTLY what is it you want to do? You need to explain in DETAIL what you mean by "configure the systems".Its a new laptop and i want to install all the softwares to make the machine work perfectly.What software do you want to install? Installing software is usually as simple as double-clicking the icon on the installer.I'm still not 100% SURE I UNDERSTAND, but let me give it a shot:

1) You need to download and install a good anti virus app (assuming one wasn't included with the system).

2) You should also install MalwareBytes and / or Super AntiSpyware (free version) and run scans on a regular basis.

3) I also suggest SpywareBlaster. Definitions should be updated weekly on the free version.

4) In my opinion, disc imaging software is a must for EVERYONE who has access to a second hard driver (internal or external). If you want more on this let me know.
