The FIRST connector has 5. Wires and 15. Pins
The next connector has 4. Wires and 4. Pins.
Power Supply ATX Connector 5. Pin Devices Color Code.
Pin 1. / 2. / 3. = Orange Wire + 3.3 Volts.
Pin 4. / 5. / 6. = Black Wire Ground.
Pin 7. / 8. / 9. = Red Wire + 5 Volts.
Pin 10 / 11 / 12 = Black Wire Ground.
Pin 13 / 14 / 15 = Yellow Wire + 12 Volts.
Power Supply AT / ATX Connector 4. Pin Devices Color Code.
Pin 1. = Yellow Wire + 12 Volts.
Pin 2. = Black Wire Ground.
Pin 3. = Black Wire Ground.
Pin 4. = Red Wire + 5. Volts.What do you mean by differences? The 15-pin 5-cable connector sounds like the Sata DEVICE power, the 4-pin 4-cable connector sounds like the standard Molex ATA device power.
