SUMMARIZING you could do this:
for /f %%a in ('xcopy "%dest1%" "%dest2%" [highlight]/L[/highlight] /D /Y') do ( xcopy "%%a" "%dest3%" /Y )
If you want to copy to dest2 and dest3 then remove the [highlight]/L[/highlight] option. If you want to copy to dest3 only then keep the [highlight]/L[/highlight] option.
