Answer» When I am pushing the power button the computer is not being start. But HDD spinning, There is power in motherboard, SMPS is doing its work. But no sound of RAM. I mean to say that no beep sound when I Start it. So display, Monitor light is being blink. Some times t start and boot the windows, Many time it SHOWS the above PROBLEM. My Mother BOARD Model is EP-3VCA, I have a 133 MHz FSB & 667 MHz. PIII processor. The Model is SL3XW Malay. Now tell what to do? Thanking you.Unplug the power and double check all your connections. Remove and re-seat the RAM... Do the same with the video card. If this machine has a PCI modem remove it temporarily after doing the above. Plug it back in and power up. I'd also try another monitor as well after following the INSTRUCTIONS above...
