Answer» question one: I have iframes on my page and i have WALLS on the right hand side was was wondering how i can get them to scroll like this EXAMPLE: (http://www.kingsofthecourt.com note the scrolling walls on the side) question two: I have a main content and was wondering how i set link on my main page that will only change the content in the one iframe without reloading the whole page (EXAMPLE: http://www.prosportsnation.com/index2.html if you click on articles only the content in the box changes) This is my site im working on http://www.sports-nation.net/SNLAYOUT/NEWLAYOUTHTML.htmlcan anyone help me?Judging by your site it looks like you've answered at least the first question. Javascript is the main answer. One point about IFRAMEs though: they are not WELL supported in browsers, and should be avoided if at all possible. I'd rather use javascript and HIDDEN DIVs for this kind of effect.
