Answer» Do you need to have transferring TAPE between the cpu and cooling fan?Arctic Silver paste is the best product for this. Apply with a POPSICLE stick and or a swab, not your FINGER... Do you need to have transferring tape between the cpu and cooling fan? YES...........YES .............YES I'm assuming you mean between the CPU and the heat sink. dl65 |
